A world-first clinical study into the harmful effects of Smart Meters

An Australian family physician has rigorously documented 92 cases of patients with symptoms of EHS occurred after the installation of an electricity meter emits radio frequency ( RF) pulse.

A world first, the case study of Dr. Federica Lamech is yet to be published in a scientific peer-reviewed journal, but according to the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM ), it is no less “scientifically valid ” and ” clearly shows the harmful effects of emissions of smart meters on the health of the human population .”  As  an international association founded in 1965, the AAEM includes doctors and other health professionals interested in the impact of the environment on health.

The symptoms observed in patients of Dr Lamech such as fatigue, headaches, heart palpitations and dizziness are correlated with the guidelines of the Austrian Medical Association for the diagnosis and treatment of health problems related to electromagnetic fields (EMFs), emphasises the AAEM.  The symptoms could also be triggered in the laboratory through EMF exposure under controlled-conditions (double-blind, placebo-exposure): neither the patients nor the researchers knew who was exposed or not to EMF.

“The peer-reviewed scientific literature demonstrating the correlation between exposure to EMF/RF and neurological, cardiac and pulmonary diseases and reproductive disorders, immune dysfunction, cancer and other health problems,” says the AAEM.  “The evidence is irrefutable.“

The organization insists that it is “extremely important” to note that the vast majority of the 92 patients were not Australian electrohypersensitive before installing the new generation smart meter.  Dr. Lamech concludes that smart meters ”may have unique characteristics that lower the threshold for developing symptoms of people.”

Health Canada and Hydro-Québec did not want to comment on this unpublished clinical trial.

“Health Canada has concluded that exposure to RF energy from smart meters does not pose a risk to public health,” said spokeswoman Sara Lauer . ”Hydro-Québec makes a tight vigil of scientific publications on the subject and the data put forward by some people, including some clinicians, as to the effects of RF are not supported by rigorous experimental studies show claims,” added relations officer of the corporation, Patrice Lavoie.

Often called smart meters, new generation utilities meters transmit information on the quantities of electricity, gas or water consumed in buildings.  The transmission of this information wirelessly, uses radio frequency microwave type (typically at frequencies 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz).

  1. Health Canada should be exposed to the EMF for a period of time.

The people responsible for designing and producing the Smart Meters should have their heads examined, or are they deliberately causing illness as part of the depopulation plan by the elite?

  2. I am electrohypersensitive and my illness and that of my children have been diagnosed. I am also in receipt of Canada Pension Disability due to the illness I experience after a cell phone tower was placed just 1095′ from my home in 2001. After 2 years we had to abandon our home and declare bankruptcy. I have moved 14 times since trying to live far enough away from towers, antennas and peoples cell phones and wifi in their homes next to me. I am currently 3.5 kms. from the nearest tower and I am experiencing much less symptoms and my ability to cook meals is returning. Sometimes I even experience moments of joy which is rare since this happen to me.

  3. I look forward to the study being published so that I can circulate it to the medical practitioners
in my area. They have to open their closed minds to this disaster and realise what is going on.

  4. Many thanks to the writer of this article and the doctor that rigorously documented these wireless-related illnesses. I too have been damaged, wasted away to 78 pounds on three occasions, and also nearly died on three occasions all due to non-ionizing, wireless radiation but people are still claiming it is safe, or thinking it only causes a few minor symptoms in some people despite all the many studies on EMF radiation and its effects on health in humans, animals and plants.
