Some Announcements (Resonance, Awards, New Website + EMF workshops)

Some quick bits of news that we wanted to share with you:

1.  Following completion of his superb documentary, Resonance – Beings of Frequency, director James Russell is trying to connect with people in the UK who have already experienced health effects from Smart Meters for another media project. If you would like to contribute, please let us know (email info [at] StopSmartMeters.org.uk).  And we just learned that Resonance is now available to order on DVD! (Christmas present sorted for your friends?)  http://flatfrogfilms.com/resonance-documentary

2. We believe that James deserves much credit and recognition for his efforts in almost single-handedly putting Resonance together, and we have therefore nominated him for a Health Activist Award run by WEGO.  If you would like to do the same, you can make your nomination until 31st December 2012 at http://links.mkt3867.com/ctt?kn=2&ms=NTI3NDg3OQS2&r=MTcxNTY0NjYyOTMS1&b=0&j=NjA4MDgyOTES1&mt=1&rt=0  The more people that vote for James, the better the chances are that his film will be seen by a wider audience – something we very much want to happen.

3. Stop Smart Meters! (UK) will be working on a new website over the festive period which will make it easier for visitors to find information and resources as we head into a key year. We do not envisage requiring any downtime as we make incremental changes to the site, but please excuse our appearance if you pay the site a visit as we give our online focal point a make-over.  It will be business as usual for news stories and posts when this has been completed.  Stick with us – it will be worth it!

4. Dr. George Carlo will be visiting the UK to deliver two workshops in January (London and Maidstone) on the subject of Environmental Health and Electromagnetic Radiation, including the latest research and offering practical advice for those suffering from EMR exposure.  The London workshop is aimed at providing ongoing education for doctors, health care practitioners and environmental health scientists in areas such as electro-hypersensitivity, multiple chemical sensitivities and autism.  The Maidstone workshop will be an open clinic for people suffering from the effects of EMR, including those just mentioned.  Details of each event are available here: http://www.healthfuladaptationdispensary.com/european-events-2013/

In the meantime, we hope you’re all wrapped up warm and cherishing the fact that your trusty analogue meter is in no danger of failing at low temperatures like some other ones we could mention

More from us soon…

  1. Sent an email to FlatFrog and asked to purchase a DVD of your film, but haven’t heard back yet. Can you help with that? It’s for play in the U.S.
Also would like to know if you could contact the man with colon cancer who’d made upstairs rooms into a kind of Faraday cage. He showed his attic insulated with metal covered ? and also his window which faced a cell mast which had some sort of metal between the glass without obscuring visibility. I’d like to know the mfgs of those products as I’m building a strawbale home and want to protect myself and fortify my home. Many thanks!

    • Hi Diane,

We didn’t have any involvement in making the film but we will try to help. Did you use this link to buy the DVD using the international shipping option? http://flatfrogfilms.com/resonance-documentary/

We will forward your comment to the FlatFrog team about the DVD and also to a contact at ES-UK who should be able to help you find information about the Faraday solution which Brian used.
