Not only is Banksy a great artist, he is also a champion for logic and reason. And while we can’t say for certain that he finds so-called ‘Smart’ Meters as repugnant as we do, we’d be willing to take a bet that he does.

Quite literally the most insane piece of writing I’ve ever seen on a website. Smart meters are fine. They send a message once a month to say what your reading is…. if Banksy is “a champion for logic and reason” then he’d be well up for them. idiots.

Where are you getting your information from? You presumably haven’t seen the following document obtained for legal proceedings in California which we posted some months ago. Table 2.1 shows that Smart Meters can emit up to 190,000 pulses per day – where did you get once a month from?

Are you aware of the other major risks associated with Smart Meters, some of which have been highlighted by past and present members of the security services such as the CIA and GCHQ? Did you see our report showing that some Smart Meters are only rated down to -10 degrees whereas we went to -20 two years ago? Did you know a group of ethical hackers in Germany showed how vulnerable Smart Meter security is and how much detail can be gained about what people are up to in their homes, including who is present?
